Noticeboard

The NHS in Ashford and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

The risk to the general public is high. If you have a temperature and/or a new dry cough and/or have been in direct contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus:

DO NOT PRESENT AT THE SURGERY/PHARMACY/A&E instead go to https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19

Only call 111 if you cannot manage your symptoms at home

New Patient Registration

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. (please see the practice area map). We are unable to accept any out of area registration requests due to the practical and clinical needs of our in area patients.

As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor if this is considered necessary or immediate medication is required.

You can complete your registration by printing out and filling in the forms (1 set for each member of your household) and if at all possible email them back to edn.g82730@nhs.net or if unable to do so hand them back into the practice. We do not process registrations on Mondays but you are more than welcome to email back or hand your forms in on a Monday.
