You can use one of three ways to order your repeat prescriptions:

1. NHS App - This can be used on a computer, tablet, laptop or smartphone.
2. Electronic Repeat Dispensing (eRD) - If your medication is not likely to change.
3. If you are unable to use either of the above preferred methods, you can still hand in a paper based Prescription request at Reception.

Please note the Practice have a dedicated NHS App line, open between the hours of 10:30am - 13:00pm and 13:00pm - 15:30pm for any queries setting up the NHS App.  If you have received a text message from the Practice informing you of our changes to the prescription system and have requested eRD as your preferred option, our Pharmacy Technician will set this up for you.  Alternatively patients can continue to complete a paper based prescription request into Reception.
